Robert A. Martignoni, Building Science Associates
Robert Martignoni is a life-long resident of Huntsville, AL and soon to be resident of Providence. Robert started Building Science Associates in 1988 . "Bob" has been a part of the Providence team since April 2002, when DPZ came to design the Town. He is the designer of record for the Providence Builders Guild. He has and continues to design unique homes and town houses for Providence. Bob is the designer of record for the 2004 Huntsville Madison County Builders Association home, which will be constructed for the Fall 2004 Parade of Homes in Providence. An Auburn University graduate, a Professional member of the American Institute of Building Design and an associate member of the National Association of Homebuilders. In addition, he is part of the designer team for Homestore and Garlinghouse publications and his designs have been built through out the United States. He has a reputation for creative designs suited to his client's needs and budgets.

 
Stephen A. Mouzon, AIA CNU LEED - Providence Town Architect
Steve Mouzon is a principal of PlaceMakers and the New Urban Guild, in Miami Beach, Florida. Steve's primary role in Providence is creating the Providence Pattern Book, which spells out the design character of the neighborhood. He is an active member of the design review board as well as a critical crutch for the Providence Builders Guild to call on with traditional construction details. Mouzon's house plans have repeatedly been featured as "Plan of the Month" in Southern Living, including his Biltmore Estate Homes collection. With a passion for details and photography, Mouzon publishes the CD-ROM Catalog of the Most-Loved Places, which now includes over 40,000 images, some as close as Twickenham in Huntsville, and others as far afield as Pienza, Italy, and Poundbury, England. He is also an author of numerous articles and a growing number of books, including Architectural Elements: Traditional Construction Details (McGraw-Hill, 1999), 1001 Traditional Construction Details (McGraw-Hill, 2000), and Traditional Construction Patterns (McGraw-Hill, 2004). Mouzon is also the planner and Town Architect of Gorham's Bluff, and the Waters, both TNDs in Alabama. He also serves as Town Architect for other TNDs, including the Moss Rock Preserve in Hoover.
